I had a similar issue on one of my accounts. If you use gmail, try this. Instead of typing in myemail@gmail.com type in my.email@gmail.com . Supercell sees it as a different email and will send a new code. Gmail sees it as the same. If you do that, you'll need to put the period in every time you log into your supercell ID though.
